This can be an easy as well as a tough one to answer. Technology is meant to enhance our life and it has, but it comes with some downsides as well.
The one technology I think I can be better off without is a mobile phone. I will be out of touch with what’s happening in the world, with my friends some thousands of kms away or how AI is changing the world. But I will be more connected with myself, with people closer to me and will be worried about issues closer to me!
